Recreational Trail Expansion Public Outreach Plan

This project provided a community organization with a detailed public persuasion campaign plan to build support for expanding a recreational trail onto a former railroad right-of-way.

The campaign plan included a detailed analysis of the circumstances surrounding the expansion, identified potential community allies and opponents of the expansion, and recommended outreach strategies to educate and persuade the target audience. Brochures, sample letters, news releases, and other materials were produced for turn-key implementation of the campaign plan.
