Green Non-profit Public Relations Analysis

This project involved conducting a detailed analysis of an environmentally focused non-profit organization's communication infrastructure and public outreach methods. The outcome was a series of recommendations on how to expand the organization's communication strategy to engage priority constituents.

The project report included a detailed assessment of each of the organization's internal and external constituents, proposed marketing tactics and messages for further engaging those audiences, and provided a timeline for implementing the enhanced public relations strategy.
